Tracy grew up in Wheaton, just a few miles from Joe Cotton Ford, where he started working in February 1981 when he was 16 years old. Tracy started part time after school and weekends, washing cars. Six months later there was an opening in parts. He took that job as it paid more.
In March of 1983, Joe gave Tracy a chance to sell cars. He did very well. Tracy met his wife (Joe’s Daughter) in 1983 while working at Joe Cotton Ford. In 1986 he took over as finance manager. Tracy and Pam have now been married for 33 years.
In 1989, Tracy became a partner at Joe Cotton Ford. Currently Tracy is the Vice President and General Manager and oversees all of the day to day operations.
